1.1比较：先确定比较对象，再确定等级MEANING · 对比先看差异，再总结规则

同级This route is as safe as the old one.

比较级This route is safer than the old one.

as…as 表示两者在同一程度，比较级表示一方超过另一方。

结果The box is too heavy to lift.

足够The box is light enough to carry.

too…to 表示程度过高导致不能完成，enough to 表示达到可以完成的程度。

1.2一句话抓住它MEANING · 总结

比较结构必须先找比较对象，再确认等级形式和搭配。比较级不是单纯加 -er，而是由音节、词义和固定句式共同决定。

为什么：feel后接形容词；语境隐含比较(帮人后感觉更好)→well的比较级better(too也呼应比较)。

比较级 = 两者比较，表"更……"。构成：

不规则。句式：A + be + 比较级 + than + B；the + 比较级..., the + 比较级...("越……越……")；比较级 + and + 比较级("越来越……")

good/well→better / bad/badly→worse / many/much→more

2.4先用一句 · 最高级FORM · 形式

先看例句

However, I like my math teacher best.

为什么：well 在此为副词修饰 like，表"最喜欢"用其最高级 best（like sb/sth best）。

最高级 = 三者或以上比较，表"最……"。构成：

2.6规则归纳 · 最高级FORM · 形式

不规则。句式：the + 最高级 + in/of/among + 范围；one of the + 最高级 + 复数名词("最……之一")

good/well→best / bad/badly→worst / many/much→most

2.7先用一句 · 同级比较FORM · 形式

同级比较 = 表"和……一样"，用原级。句式：as + 原级 + as(He is as tall as Tom)；否定 not as/so + 原级 + as("不如……")。

2.8先用一句 · 固定句式（such/enough/too...to）FORM · 形式

先看例句

He loved the game so much that he invented his own method to help him do it with excellence.

为什么：so + much + that 从句"如此……以致……"，填 so。

此……以至于)：so + adj/adv + that / such + (a/an) + adj + n + that

1.3分词形容词：不是“人 ed，物 ing”MEANING · 对比看谁引发感受，谁处于感受状态

引发感受Her questions were challenging.

受到影响The experienced coach felt challenged.

人也可以是 challenging，事物也可以是 interested；判断依据不是“人或物”，而是意义角色。

过程特征a growing demand

结果状态a closed entrance

-ing 常保留展开中的过程感，-ed 常突出完成或被作用后的状态。

3.1怎么判定MEANING · 意义

找 than、as…as、最高级或倍数等比较信号。

确认比较双方属于同一维度、同一类别。

短词通常用 -er/-est，长词用 more/most，不规则形式单独记。

比较级前可用 much/far/even 修饰，不能用 very。

检查 the 比较级…the 比较级、no more than 等固定结构。

比较级后缺 than 时，可能是隐含比较，不要擅自补 than。

5.1阅读USE · 使用真题长难句 · 拆开看

Here were a people more settled and more civilized than history has given them credit for.

Here were... 为 here 引导的完全倒装句，正常语序是 A people ... were here。
more settled and more civilized than... 为形容词比较级结构，than 后接从句。
give sb credit for sth = 承认/赞许某人（在某方面）的功劳；history has given them credit for（用了 less 含义）意为“历史给予他们的肯定（比实际应得的少）”。

这里曾生活着一个族群，他们比历史所给予的评价更为定居、更为文明（即历史一直低估了他们）。
